I stayed in the premium apartment with 2 single beds. The personnel is respectful, with great service. The hotel has a marvelous location in the center of Melbourne CBD, close to a theater and a movie theater.

Peaceful atmosphere at the heart of everything. You get a bang for your buck with a delicious breakfast that's worth every penny! 🌟 The food is fresh and top-notch quality, definitely a steal for the price.

The rooms are a good size and the bed is exceptionally comfortable. I really liked having access to a useful kitchenette. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of a valley and a river.

The setting was excellent, very close to shops and food outlets/restaraunts and Melbourne for business and the skybus. The breakfast was good value for money with omelettes able to be ordered and egg being scrambled, as example and the ambience was quiet.

Excellent service from the staff. They were attentive and accommodating throughout our stay. The room was spacious and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, with easy access to the city tram and centrally located to explore the city. we had a great experience at Mantra on Russell.

Good friendly staff. We come from the country and rarely stay in the city. Lf l do say so myelf, we are fairly ignorant about about some of the modern systems. The staff were supportive and kind (probably despite what they were thinking!) Thankyou for a comfortable and luxurious stay. L'll look forward to staying with you again....perhaps with some people from my work-place on the next visit.

The room combinations, studio, 1 bd & 2 bd suite all variations of family dynamics. Rooms are well equipped. Location is superb, close to trams, shopping and city attractions.

Great location in a bustling area with plenty of cafes and restaurants. Reception available 24/7 is convenient. Enjoyed the delicious breakfast at the on-site restaurant. Comfortable beds in a spacious room. The pool, sauna, and gym were easily accessible and enjoyable.

We loved the location of this hotel! It's really close to Chinatown and a short walk from a nightclub and a free tram stop. The staff were amazing and provided superb room service and groceries shopping service making the stay much more comfortable and enjoyable for us. We were also impressed by the soundproofed rooms and the variety of amenities, including a flat-screen TV, safe, and terrace. Additionally, the leisure spa and wellness centre were top-notch, with an indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and massage available to guests.

We’d recommend this place to anyone! The customer service was better than even some five-star hotels we’ve visited before.

Stalactites is a fantastic nearby eatery just a short walk away, and the State Library Victoria is conveniently located close by.

Positive: Convenient location to transport & city.

Negative During my 21 day stay, cleaner did not vacuum rooms once.Cleaner Used dishwasher for only three dishes daily (waste of water) and once flooded floor of kitchen area by not closing door properly.

I like the location in the center of the city with reasonable price. The room is big enough and clean for 4 of us to stay at the apartment and also equipped with good flat screen tv with lots of channels.
